What is Redcord Active?

Redcord Active focuses on performance enhancement, stability training and injury prevention to ensure individuals maintain an active life without risk of injury.

Who should be interested?

Sports, fitness, and exercise professionals: personal trainers, instructors and fitness professionals, specialists in sports medicine and health.


Health professionals: physiotherapists looking to incorporate exercise into their therapeutic sessions.


Athletes or coaches of sports teams: amateurs or professionals who want to improve their motor function to prevent injury and / or increase their athletic performance.

Learn how to administer corrective exercises on the Redcord, utilizing bungee cords to help maintain proper biomechanical alignment and to establish efficient movement patterns. 


Upon completion of this course, you will be able to demonstrate safe and effective use of the Redcord equipment to develop and implement training programs that promote optimal muscle stability and movement efficiency for daily activities and sports.

Active I

Multi-Suspension

A suspension-based exercise program can be one of the most effective ways to help your clients, athletes or patients achieve more. 


 Developed by physical therapists, Redcord takes suspension exercise to a new level with over 20 years of science supporting its concepts and applications in the areas of kinetic-chain assessment and corrective exercise. In this introductory course, you will learn the basics about Redcord equipment and ways to start implementing suspension exercise into your training routine for people of all ages and ability levels. 

Active I

Introduction

This advanced course introduces you to exercises that require many ropes and suspension points in order to maximize challenge to the user's neuromuscular system. 


 You will also gain knowledge of the variability principles and rotational forces utilizing Redcord's new proprietary "Axis" pulley equipment. 


 The Multi-Suspension exercises build on the theory and practice from the Redcord Active Intro course.

Active II

Advanced

After completing the Redcord® Active Pro course and passing the theoretical and practical examination, you will obtain the status of "REDCORD® ACTIVE SPECIALIST", gaining access to a community of international experts in functional training. You can consult newly published studies, learn from other professionals’ approaches, and share experiences--always with the aim of further raising the professional standard.

Angel has been working developing redcord Neurac as well as other therapeutic exercise tecniques in Spain, South America and Mexico.


Working as a physiotherapist, specializing in sport, manual therapy, and movement disorders, at different clinics in Madrid, Toledo, Lima Ciudad de México, Angel was drawn to Redcord Neurac as a tool to help his patients restore movement and function to their bodies.
